By combining ancient cacao harvesting techniques with the expertise of fine European chocolate-making, Xocolat\u00edsimo has achieved its goal of producing one of the world's best artisanal chocolates, from bean to bar.<\/p>\n<p>Xocolat\u00edsimo uses only single-origin Salvadoran cacao. They select cacao beans with great attention to flavor, but also to establish socially and ecologically sustainable relationships with small and medium-sized producers.
