
Xocolatísimo is a chocolatier from El Salvador, Central America. By combining ancient cacao harvesting techniques with the expertise of fine European chocolate-making, Xocolatísimo has achieved its goal of producing one of the world's best artisanal chocolates, from bean to bar.
Xocolatísimo uses only single-origin Salvadoran cacao. They select cacao beans with great attention to flavor, but also to establish socially and ecologically sustainable relationships with small and medium-sized producers. Currently, they have only one supplier of Trinitario beans, but they collaborate with several other farmers to help them achieve a sustainable level of production.
