Delivery and payment

 

1. Delivery

1.1

Deliveries made in Switzerland and the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ilse of Mann, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

  • Delivery in Switzerland takes between 2 days (Priority) and 4 days (Economy) and is handled by Swiss Post.
  • International delivery usually takes 3-10 days and is carried out by the national postal service.

1.2

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are normally shipped on the following working day.

We recommend you order in good time. Orders made before a public holiday will result in longer waiting times.

1.3

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition during the summer months or in hot weather, we may take the liberty of holding it for a certain period of time (in which case you will be automatically informed by e-mail with the new expected delivery date).

1.4

Shipping costs include a contribution to postage and packaging costs:

  • In Switzerland: Flat-rate shipping costs of CHF 6 (Economy) or CHF 8 (Priority) for orders under CHF 75. Free Economy shipping for orders over CHF 75.
  • Internationally: Flat-rate shipping costs of CHF 19 (Priority) for orders under CHF 99. Priority shipping is free for orders over CHF 99.

Any customs duties on imports (purchases by customers outside Switzerland) are not included and are entirely at the customer's expense.

2. Terms and Conditions of Payment

2.1

Payment shall be made in advance.

2.2

Payment can be made via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, or UnionPay). For Swiss customers, Twint is also available as an additional payment method.

2.3

In all cases, payments are debited immediately.

2.4

Under no circumstances can a customer use a sum they are owed by Criollo Quetzal to pay or partly pay for a new purchase.

2.5
