Located in Usulutan, this farm is one of the largest and earliest cocoa suppliers for Xocolatísimo. It has about 240 hectares of Trinitario cocoa trees, some of which are up to 80 years old. They have been collaborating to create chocolate since 2015, working together to refine the existing fermentation and drying process.
Xocolatísimo chose this farm for its social and ecological responsibility. It has a large number of passionate collaborators who, along with their families, benefit from education and life improvement programs, and engage in ecotourism.
Xocolatísimo Xocolatísimo is a chocolatier from El Salvador, Central America. By combining ancient cacao harvesting techniques with the expertise of fine European chocolate-making, Xocolatísimo has achieved its goal of producing one of the world's best artisanal chocolates, from bean to bar. Xocolatísimo uses only single-origin Salvadoran cacao. They select cacao beans with great attention to flavor, but also to establish socially and ecologically sustainable relationships with small and medium-sized producers.
