Disidente - Dark chocolate 70% with dried pineapple pieces - COLOMBIA - 40g

Bean-to-Bar
Disidente 70% dark chocolate with zeodrated pineapple chunks.
This very common Colombian fruit undergoes a zeodration drying process, which has a low energy consumption and prevents the loss of nutrients in the fruit. The nose of the 70% chocolate combines notes of guarapo and sugarcane honey with intense tropical fruitiness. On the palate, a pronounced tamarind note enlivens a sweet, nutty, velvety-textured blend.
Cacao beans (62% Colombia), cane sugar, pineapple, cacao butter
