This TBros - Dark chocolate 70% Tien Giang is made from cacao beans sourced in Tien Giang, Vietnam. Its flavour profile starts with a refreshing and mild acidity which folds into a rich chocolatey batter. TBros chocolate has a distinctive creamy mouthfeel that makes it feel incredibly luxurious and indulgent.

The unique packaging paper is made by hand from nipa palm trees and amazingly, it has the same shelf life as the chocolate inside!

Cocoa farmer and chocolate maker

Tien Giang Farm

This farm is located in Cho Gao District, Tien Giang Province. It is the northern part of the Mekong Delta and South of Ho Chi Minh City. They grow Trinitario hybrids which they deliver directly to TBros’ facilities, where the beans are fermented, dried and processed.

TBros is a Vietnamese bean-to-bar chocolate company founded in 2017 by two school friends, Truong Minh Thang and Nguyen Duy Thong, who share a passion for cacao and chocolate. After realizing that the quality of the cocoa produced in Vietnam could be improved, they did research on microbial biodiversity and post harvesting processes to optimize the flavor potential of the beans. Even though cacao was introduced in Vietnam in the late 1800’s, it wasn’t until the 21st century that it started to be cultivated on a more professional level. Cocoa is currently grown in Vietnam by more than 12,000 farmers who typically cultivate on plots of 1 to 3 hectares. TBros has built a cocoa supply chain in Vietnam, from the fermentation station to the factory (production, research and development) and finally to the clientele (in Vietnam and internationally). Their aim is to bring happiness to all who are part of their journey : farmers, employees and customers. TBros chocolate bars have won many international chocolate awards over the years....
